Ms. Gülel is an experienced board and execution member with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry. Ms. Gülel is the member of board of Mektebim Colleges in Istanbul, International Nuclear Law Association in Brussels and Gulel Hayvancilik A.Ş in Antalya.
Since the beginning of her career as a lawyer, Ms. Abide Gülel has has extensive experience in drafting, revising and negotiating a broad range of corporate documents and agreements; including share purchase, asset transfer and shareholders’ agreement, preparing partnership agreements, confidentiality agreements and service agreements and drafting corporate documents necessary for the ordinary follow of corporate operations.
